Barras Regeneration

ROCK DCM became involved in the Barras Regeneration Project November 1998 as planning and design consultants.

Homes For the Future

ROCK DCM's history and experience in urban regeneration contributed to the ideas behind homes for the future, which has proved to be one of the most successful new-build developments. This is also upheld as one of the most successful urban regeneration projects; changing perceptions of this quarter of the City.

BAaD - Barras Art and Design

Back in 1999 we bought a challenging building with no roof and over the years we have converted it into a multipurpose events venue, with various workshops around the internal courtyard that are home of an eclectic mix of talent.

BAaD 2 - Shipping Containers

BAaD2 (what is now known as the Barckyard at BAaD) was a derelict site back in 2016. We delivered and outdoor area for BAaD and a mix of spaces build with shipping containers.

226 Gallowgate

226 Gallowgate is the location, not the name. Formerly Bairds Bar, the site has been an integral part of the life and personality of the Barras for decades, and has seen a rich and varied history.

MAaD - Mid Wharf Arts & Design

Mid Wharf Art and Design (MAaD) - a creative canvas in an area of important regeneration for the city of Glasgow - Port Dundas.

Grey Wolf Studios

What used to be ROCK DCM's head office a good few years ago, it is now the home of an eclectic mix of tenants, artists and talent.

Kilsyth

This challenging project fused old and new, bringing new life to two fire damaged buildings; the Listed Whitehouse building, and it’s neighbour.

Heart of the City - Sheffield

Based on the success of Fargate project Stone3 Ltd carried out a range of works for Sheffield City Councils Direct Services which formed part of the City’s Millennium, which valued in excess of 120 million.

Hackney Town Hall Square - London

ROCK DCMs involvement in the regeneration of Hackney Town Hall Square was one of Design and Construction Management Services and Quantity Surveying.

Millenium Spaces - Glasgow

ROCK DCM was commissioned by Glasgow 1999: UK City of Architecture and Design to co-ordinate the design and delivery of their urban regeneration programme 5-Spaces, or Millennium Spaces.

Argyll Chambers

Argyll Chambers, above the prestigious Argyll Arcade on Buchanan Street, Glasgow is a ‘gem’ of a property.
